Seed Ability

Platinum Partners

The partnership between Seed Ability and Country Universities Centre Mallee (CUC Mallee) is set to support students and address the growing shortage of allied health professionals across the region. Seed Ability, a locally based provider of disability and allied health services, has come on board as CUC Mallee’s first local Platinum Partner to support the Centre’s ongoing work. Across the Mallee, demand for allied health services continues to grow, with many families experiencing long wait times or needing to travel to access care. Building a sustainable, local workforce is key to addressing this challenge and that starts with supporting students. For local students, this partnership creates clearer and more achievable pathways into meaningful careers. It strengthens the link between study and employment by connecting students directly with a local employer in Seed Ability, giving them greater visibility of career opportunities in allied health without leaving the region. Ultimately, the partnership represents more than an investment in education, it is an investment in the future of the Mallee. By connecting students with real career pathways and supporting them to succeed locally, Seed Ability and CUC Mallee are working toward a shared goal: ensuring regional communities have access to the skilled professionals they need, now and into the future.
